Do you take on full-time roles?

Rarely. The bar is high — senior leadership at a company doing genuinely interesting infra, AI, or fintech. If that’s you, write me anyway.

Are you open to relocation?

Not currently. Remote-first. I’ll travel for offsites, kickoffs, and a good dinner.

Do you do equity-only?

Yes — if I’m on the founding team. No, if I’m being asked to consult for free for someone’s third side project.

What’s your billing model?

Weekly retainer for fractional work. Fixed-scope, fixed-price for reviews. Day rate for short engagements. All deliverables are written down before kickoff.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes — mutual NDAs, before any sensitive details. I keep a standard template ready. No, I don’t sign one-way ones with a non-compete buried in clause 14.
